West Tampa Chamber Monthly Luncheon
Our guest speaker this month will be David Iloanya Director of Real Estate Development with Tampa Housing Authority
Since 2000, David Iloanya has served as Director of Real Estate Development for the Tampa Housing Authority. As a committed proponent of affordable housing, worked tirelessly to transform old and stigmatized image of public housing with one focused on first rate quality and vital sense of community. His innovative approaches earned numerous awards of merits and excellence. Mr. Iloanya worked with Banc of America CDC for Encore development – 28 acre site of former Public Housing Development, 12 city block, LEED Gold ND, Master Plan development at build-out. A mixed used, mixed income, multifamily housing, commercial and retail developments estimated for $450 million at build-out. He is also involved with the West River Redevelopment – 150 acres, new vision for Tampa’s West Tampa residents, businesses, visitors and public facilities.
