What’s Happening? The Mayor's Hispanic Advisory Council will unveil a life-size statue of Judge EJ Salcines on Friday October 27, 2017 at 2 pm.  The site of the statue is the plaza in front of the old Hillsborough County Courthouse at 419 North Pierce Street, Tampa FL.
